Orek Tempeh recipe has Two recipes, Crisp Tempeh Orek, and the standard .the difference is the ingredient Tempe is dried a day after we cut into small pieces.so let cook it now
500 gr Tempe, Cut into small pieces
5 shallots, finely chopped
3 garlics, finely chopped
4 red chillies, sliced oblique
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
50 gr brown sugar, finely sliced or 1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
How to Make
- Fry Tempeh until cooed, drain
- Heat 3 tablespoon oil, put chopped onions,garlic, slice red chilies, galangal and bay leaves stir until fragrant.
