In this indonesian recipes I will give you the Indonesian traditional recipe that is Oxtail soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg oxtail, cut into suitable sections
  • 1cm slices ginger
  • 1 piece of nutmeg, crushed
  • Cloves 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 150 g carrots, cut according to taste
  • 200 g potatoes, cut according to taste
  • 3 pcs tomatoes, split 4
  • 2 stalk daung onion,
  • cut into 2 cm
  • 2 stalk celery, cut according to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions
  • salt to taste
    How to make:
    1. In an oxtail pieces enter the pot, give water until submerged.Boil water with ginger-wasting before boiling 
    2. Saute garlic until fragrant with margarineenter onion
